Upgrades

In Can 'Em All, buy more cans per creature and Premium Cans first, then spend on whatever slows your factory down. You can improve weapons, your vacuum, machines, conveyors, production, and creature arrivals. Ordinary Upgrade Tree purchases and permanent upgrades are separate systems. Use the comparison below to choose your next purchase or understand selling your factory.

Can 'Em All sell factoryRestart for permanent points tied to factory value; you lose machines and weapons.
Can 'Em All permanent upgradesKeep these through factory sales; prioritize Cold Storage, then work from cheaper purchases upward.
Can 'Em All weaponsBuy stronger attacks when killing slows you down; machine congestion needs processing upgrades instead.

What should you buy first in the skill tree?

Choose more cans per creature and Premium Cans before heavily expanding your factory. The early tree offers two cans per creature, while Premium Cans costs $12 and raises can value.

You open the Upgrade Tree by entering the elevator after the workday ends. Add the Industrial Vacuum ($40) when moving bodies into the Grinder takes too much time.

Should you sell your factory now?

Sell when you want permanent points and are ready to rebuild your factory. You must accept the company's offer email to unlock selling; completing upgrades alone does not unlock it.

You can inspect the points offered before confirming. Factory value affects your reward, so another player's payout is not a fixed return. You lose machines and weapons, but keep permanent upgrades.

Which permanent upgrades should you buy first?

Prioritize Cold Storage, then consider cheaper permanent upgrades before expensive ones. Cold Storage preserves unfinished production and surviving cutelings overnight.

Profit Boost improves earnings, Grinder Speed improves processing, and Starting Cash gives you money for the next start. Brute Force improves damage. You can delay Never Skip Leg Day, Lucky Hits, First Blood, and Death Touch while building those foundations.

Should you buy weapons immediately?

Buy weapons when surviving creatures delay production, rather than whenever a weapon becomes available. Your punches can handle small early groups, so the Baseball Bat can wait while you improve can value.

Once you need firearms, budget for ammunition upgrades too. Stronger weapons will not clear bodies already waiting beside busy Grinders.

What should you upgrade when progress slows?

Upgrade the step that prevented your next delivery, using what remained unfinished at the end of your shift.
